Introduction
The club has always relied on its juniors, developing their qualities during their years of training, with the aim of successfully building them as footballers and as individuals. One of the most important goals in our football academy and the integration of our players into the first team, after the training stages during the years of their development. In the representative team of the club, graduates of the white school have always participated. Both before and now, the team includes several names of players who walked their football journey precisely in our Academy. These are Svetoslav Vutsov, Emil Martinov, Martin Georgiev, Chung Do, Christian Stoyanov, Emil Stoev, Martin Sorakov and Roberto Raichev.
1. Age Groups
Training Stages in the Academy
The academy’s training program is meticulously designed, catering to different age groups and focusing on progressive skill development. From the initial years to late adolescence, young footballers undergo a transformative development.
Key Developmental Phases (6-11 years)
For budding talents aged 6 to 11, the emphasis is on laying a solid foundation. Training sessions revolve around fundamental skills, technical prowess, and overall coordination. It’s a crucial period for instilling a deep love for the game and honing basic footballing instincts.
Advancement in Skills (12-15 years)
As players transition into their pre-teens and early teens, the focus shifts to individual technical abilities. Speed, agility, and dexterity become paramount, ensuring that the players are well-equipped for the challenges ahead.
Tactical Training (15-16 years)
The academy’s commitment to holistic player development is evident as tactical training takes centre stage for those aged 15 to 16. This phase introduces young talents to targeted tactical education, fostering a strategic understanding of the beautiful game.
Focused Training (16-19 years)
In the final leg of their academy journey, players aged 16 to 19 undergo specialized coaching processes. The focus is on refining technical and tactical aspects, creating an environment conducive to the development of elite athletes.
Academy Enrollment
Enrolling in the academy is a seamless process, with opportunities available throughout the year. Those with aspirations beyond the age of 14 undergo a trial period, ensuring that only the most dedicated and talented players become part of the esteemed academy.
